If you're a person that identifies as a woman, and you’re wanting to explore deeper levels of personal growth and self-awareness, consider this your invitation to embark on a transformative journey!

Shadow Work®, trademarked since 1994, is experiential and at the forefront of multi-dimensional emotional healing and self-empowerment. This approach transcends individual efforts, journaling, or assistance provided by a coach.

This workshop is tailored to any woman willing and eager to:

  • Consciously create space for transformation…even if it feels difficult or scary.

  • Explore the possibility that every emotion can be a catalyst for growth and self-expression… not just the fun or pleasant emotions.

  • Revisit and transform her involvement in a difficult relationship or situation for deeper, healthier, and more fulfulling interactions.

  • Experience and embrace tools and insights to move past obstacles and unlock her true human potential.

  • Journey into self-exploration to more deeply understand patterns of self and invigorate her life force energy.

Not only will this weekend be a guide for you but will also inspire a profound and lasting transformation. Together, as a group of women, we’ll navigate the rich emotional landscape within each of us; we’ll take the unique opportunity to embrace the hidden facets of our beings to live a life of authenticity and fulfillment. We’ll forge stronger connections and leave with a fresh perspective on life!

Since this modality goes beyond what we can do alone or with the support of a coach or journal, what is it, and how can it propel you towards deeper self-awareness?

At its core, Shadow Work® involves looking at and integrating the facets of ourselves that we've neglected, hidden, repressed, or denied—our "shadow" selves. We've sidelined them into shadow due to fear, societal pressure, personal hardships or trauma. When those aspects are explored, they reveal GOLD within them.

Consider if any of these strike a chord with you:

  • Anger is unpleasant, scary, or may seem 'negative' because it is a lower vibrational frequency and tends to attract more negativity. Yet, anger inevitably surfaces in life. (We believe there are benefits to acknowledging and constructively engaging it to transform underlying issues. Making it even less likely to attract more negativity!)

  • You truly want to dislodge deep-seated sadness (or anger) that seems to have been anchored within you. You feel lighter just imaging that.

  • You have heard that vulnerability is not a weakness but a strength, and you’d really like to experience it that way. There’s no way you can do that in your regular life.

  • Pleasing others was your path to feeling worthy, but it also drains your own wellbeing. You understand it is wise to accept or seek support.

  • Throughout life, you dimmed your joy or other ‘big’ qualities to blend in or not be “too much,” yet you yearn to express that bigness openly.

We developed these kinds of beliefs and strategies for really good reasons, but they’re not working as well as they used to. One beautiful thing about being human is that we can transform them to serve our highest and greatest good… we find the gold in them. Yay!
