What to Expect

If, after our 30-minute intro call, we decide we want to work together, we’ll schedule the initial 2-hour session (usually via Zoom video conference, but it could be a phone call).

Two hours?  Yes.  That initial session will cover a few things: an opportunity for us to meet and discuss in more detail your current communication or conflict engagement style as well as your future goals; we’ll talk about what kind of accountability that could be most supportive to you; and we’ll start digging in to what you want to shift.  (By the way, we might not use the full two hours, but it’s better to plan for more and use less.)

Future sessions are usually 1-1.5 hours.
