Shadow Work® Exploration for Humans

Shadow Work® is more than an intellectual exercise. It is an embodied journey into more of who we truly are, engaging the wisdom of both the brain and the body.

Shadow Work Exploration for Humans is a three-day experience that blends essential teachings with guided experiential practices to support real understanding — in both the body and the mind.

Here are some things to consider if you’re wondering if this is the right weekend for you…

  • Feeling stuck? (in life, in a relationship, a job, or a pattern that you’ve already “resolved” in therapy or coaching)

  • Saying yes when you mean no?

  • Holding tightly to control, or avoiding a difficult situation?

Join us for an experiential weekend of exploring the patterns that shape how you live and relate. Through guided Shadow Work® and the support of a community of people, you’ll have opportunities to understand what’s behind those patterns, connect with feelings and needs you may have pushed aside, and practice new ways of responding. Yay!

We’ll have opportunities to explore clearer boundaries, healthier relationships with anger, and more freedom to ask for what you want, trust yourself, and choose your next steps. YEAH!

P.S. Yes, it’s Valentine’s Day weekend. Come solo, with a partner, or with a friend—this exploration is for humans, regardless of relationship status. No roses required.

No prior Shadow Work® experience required.
