Friday the 13th: A Shadow Gathering

This Friday the 13th, we’re extending an invitation to the parts of ourselves that rarely get to show themselves on purpose….

This facilitated “shadow gathering” is for people who identify as women (she/they) and offers a playful, intentional space to interact as the parts of ourselves we once learned to hide or judge. You might experiment with being Controlling Connie, Sparkly Suzie, or even Judgy Judy (or any inner character that’s been quietly -or impatiently!- waiting for a little airtime).

Through guided exercises, reflection, and structured interaction, you’ll explore these shadow aspects in real time… relationally, embodied, and conscious… within a supportive container.

No experience with Shadow Work® is needed. Just bring curiosity and a willingness to experiment. Expect laughter, insight, and the relief that comes from letting more of yourself be seen.

Costumes are welcome (and completely optional). If there’s a shadowy, dramatic, mischievous, or exaggerated version of you that wants a little extra flair, feel free to let her dress for the occasion.

Please note: this is a facilitated, consent-based experience designed to feel supportive, light, and accessible, even for those brand new to Shadow Work®.
